In addition to benefits and special projects for women, we prioritize creating an inspiring environment where Koton employees can engage with renowned professionals while exploring personal development, culture, and the arts through insightful communication and sharing opportunities. Since 2018, we have been organizing Purple Room Talks, which take place during Women’s Day Week with at least two guest speakers each day. This initiative has become a tradition, and we continue to enrich it throughout the year with valuable content that benefits KOTON Women. Purple Room Talks is one of KOTON’s key initiatives in women’s empowerment efforts.
